Tryout / Practice Schedule Nov.27 - Dec.08

 

Hello Girls and Boys.

I have attached a combined practice schedule for the next two weeks (Nov. 27 - Dec. 8)

BOYS: Starting Nov. 27, tryouts/practices will alternate between the 2 grades.  Nov. 29, tryouts/practice will be at an earlier time.  Keep in mind that the December 5th-7th practices are still to be determined.  This is also based on the girls' playoff schedule.  

8th Grade GIRLS:  Starting No. 27, practices will start immediately after school, until 3:45.  There will be no girl's practice on Wed. Nov. 29th. 

 - Dec. 8th is the first full 2-hour practice for the boy's season. Your practice times will alternate between these "two time" slots during the season, on non-gamedays. 

Please be aware of this.

2023 Boys Basketball Tryout, Game Schedule

 Below is this year's tryout and game schedule.  Tryouts are mandatory so if you are seriously interested in making this year's team, show up on time and be prepared to participate.  

Included with the schedule is a short snippet of what to expect after each tryout day.

Any tryout updates before the team is selected will be posted here.

Within the Google slide, you will also find the game schedule and their locations for the season just to give you an idea of what to expect in the coming weeks if you do make the team.  Good Luck!

A team practice schedule will be included in another post for those players who make the team.  Be aware of this when actively checking this blog for updates.  

Remember, the boy's basketball season is short so if you make the team please be committed to showing up.  Thank you.

A couple of important reminders,

1)  DO NOT FORGET TO DOUBLE-CHECK SIGNATURES ON ALL FORMS before the first tryout. You don't want to end up not being able to try out due to incomplete paperwork.

2)  Make sure to wear the correct clothing and footwear to the tryouts.  PLAIN WHITE T-SHIRT (use an old t-shirt) with your name and tryout # clearly printed on it with a permanent marker.  NO taped or stapled paper on a t-shirt.  NO PE uniforms will be allowed to be worn during the tryout process.
